My photo stream is not updating correctly on any of my devises. Yes I’ve done all the normal fixes by restarting, clearing out the camera app, latest version of iOS, etc. Sometimes after restarting it will work again but then gets “stuck”. If I take a screenshot of something it will actually update most of the time but if I take a picture on any of my devices, it will not update to photostream. Thank you.

I think that this may be due to a bug in iOS 15.4. I fixed this problem with my iPhone by going to Setting>Camera>Formats and changing High Efficiency to Most Compatible.
Try kingfisher's suggestion above, while we are waiting for a bug fix. The problem is, that with the previous versions of iOS any HEIC image files have automatically been converted to JPEGs, before adding them to My Photo Stream. This is currently no longer happening, and as My Photo Stream cannot transfer HEIC files, the HEIC images do no longer get uploaded to My Photo Stream. We have only the choice to set the Camera > Formats to take the photos in a more compatible format or to convert the HEICs to JPEGs manually, or to switch to iCloud Photos.
