M1 pro 8/14 vs 10/16 cores

Hi everyone, I am considering buing MB pro and not sure, what to do. I am on limited budget, so trying to make a reasonable decision here. Basically deciding between 14" base model vs. 10/16 cores version (both 16gb ram).

I am going to use it for 4k video editing, color grading etc. (primarily with Resolve and Premiere Pro), a lot complex After Effects projects, 2D with Animate and heavy Logic projects. For these, both versions should be fine. BUT, I would like to start learning Blender and not sure, whether it will be enough to run it (no, not only doughnut, but some more complex stuff :). I am not worried about rendergin times, but being able to work efficiently in live preview is important to me.

Would I be just fine getting the base model with 14gpu cores, or will two more cores make a big difference?

Or maybe to go for 8/14 cores version with 32gb ram instead of 16 would be better off for what I need?

I could probably get cheaper intel based nb with some rtx gpu, but at first, I would love to run Logic and second, even though I have no idea why, but I love these new macbooks ...

Thanks for your answers in advance
