I found a solution, in AZ anyway. I went to AZ health department website, the state tracks all vaccines. I made an account, found my records, downloaded a QR CODE that wallet accepted. This after a week of calls to CVS who said it was an apple problem, seems to be a cvs problem. Hope this helps!

I have the same issue with CVS, and per my testing, it IS a CVS issue, and not Apple. My original vaccines (pre-second booster) had a red filled color header at the top of the health smart card, and had a "CVS Health" logo shown on the top and bottom. With the latest smart health cards (after receiving second booster), the header is now not filled in red, and it simply says "CVS" instead of "CVS Health". The prior QR code used CVS Health as the verified provider, while the new QR code refers to a "CVS API" instead, which is unverifiable as a health provider by Apple. I don't understand why they changed their smart health cards, as the prior "CVS Health" one could be added to Apple wallet without any problem. If you find a workaround from CVS, please let us know! Thanks.
