Calling Lively flip phone

We contacted Lively and found out that there was an update to the phone. They are able to send a signal to the phone to install the update, which is the only way to update the phone. We purchased the phone 15 months ago and had not received any notification that there was an update. All works perfect now since the upgrade. Good luck with your issue.

I have this same issue with 2 iPhone 13 in my household, the suggested recommendations have been performed and I still have the issue on each phone connecting on his end where he hears me but I cannot hear him.

Hi. same problem here. I have 13 pro. updated both carrier and phone software but the problem still persists. No communication problems with calls in or out with ALL other phones and numbers. Only happens on the lively phone.
