earpiece is not working
I can not hear out of the earpiece during a phone call. I have to be on spearkerphone to hear.
I have sound on all apps and my alarm.

I have sound from my alarm, and videos. I did further research and found there is an issue with earpiece module. Have an appt. this morning to have it looked at.

"According to Apple, the sound issue is caused by "a component that might fail on the receiver module" and it only is affecting iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro models that were manufactured between October 2020 and April 2021.
