Why is a payment sent to me not showing in my Apple Cash balance?

With the payment not showing in your Apple Cash balance, it's possible that Automatically Accept Payments isn't enabled in Settings > Wallet > Apple Cash card. If that setting isn't enabled, you would have to manually accept the payment by tapping Accept in the message thread. Once accepted, the payment will appear in Apple Cash card.
