I just bought a M1 MacBook Pro 14inch, installed FCPx 10.6.1 and none of the titles are working, even the default effects like “black and white” show up as missing file in the project or new project.
Any solutions? Urgently need to get back to video editing

Follow the instructions there for removing Chrome and its evil keystone daemons and agents, then delete and reinstall FCP.
If you just installed FCP and did not migrate anything else, then third party effects will not be there, they'd have to be installed.
On the other hand, if you migrated from another mac, then you'll have brought everything, including other applications and daemons.

There are multiple crashes from stuff running from /tmp - this is fishy - my suspicion is on the utorrent thing.
I'd uninstall that, restart, delete and reinstall FCP, and see if the crashes continue.

I have deleted all titles, all plugins. Yet the default ones are acting this way.
Nope no chrome. It’s brand new. Only installed photoshop.
