iPhone 11 Low Refresh Rate

Hello!

Why does my iPhone appear to be refreshing screen content at 30 fps? Noticeable

on the home screen and lock screen, when swiping but not when watching real 60 fps video.

Power saving mode drops refresh rate to 60Hz at any percentage. Hello. Just switched to a new iPhone 14 Pro and noticed this: when you turn on the power saving mode, the screen switches from 120Hz to 60Hz refresh rate and it feels unpleasant. I know older models do the same but only when it comes to 1% battery. Not like the new iPhone, which does this at any battery percentage, just when you turn on power saving mode. Will there be a fix for this or it always gonna be like this?

Phone is lagging sometimes I got a new battery (a while ago) It works like new, but recently my iPhone 7 started lagging for no reason Its only lagging when i,m touching the screen, and now it,s randomly restarting when its on charger. When it,s lagging its like 5-15 fps, My screen is a good 30 euro screen, is it the battery that causes all this?

Excessive Screen Time Absorbing too much battery After using the this SE iPhone from any operation, the screen will consistently activate (screen lit, etc) with nearly any movement or light bump. Say in one’s pocket or purse Again absorbing battery power. Open for suggestions. Thanks

Someone said that it might be because of the widgets. I don't think widgets would slow my phone down this bad. My friend has an iPhone 12 with many widgets and it does not chop refresh rate.
