icloud+ subscription

I have been receiving emails daily from my bank that the transaction of AED 7.99 has been declined. I am using apple pay and my credit card information on the phone is accurate. Not sure if my icloud + subscription is already cancelled? But anyway I am not sure if AED 7.99 is the subscription charge. The only other subscription I have which is active is for google photos which is actually AED 7.99 so it is a bit strange. Can you please help. I want to keep my icloud + subscription active. Also I tried to cancel my credit card from my phone and reload it, but it is not allowing due to an existing active subscription linked to that card.
