icloud+ subscription

I have been receiving emails daily from my bank that the transaction of AED 7.99 has been declined. I am using apple pay and my credit card information on the phone is accurate. Not sure if my icloud + subscription is already cancelled? But anyway I am not sure if AED 7.99 is the subscription charge. The only other subscription I have which is active is for google photos which is actually AED 7.99 so it is a bit strange. Can you please help. I want to keep my icloud + subscription active. Also I tried to cancel my credit card from my phone and reload it, but it is not allowing due to an existing active subscription linked to that card.

Did you try to use Apple balance and iTunes gift cards to pay for your iCloud subscriptions?

If you redeem an iTunes gift card, the Apple balance will be used to pay for your subscriptions and you can edit your new credit cared info to your payment details.

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
