Amount deducted but order not placed

I have payment Done ipad 9th gen on 20th march 2022 but order not placed.

Apple told me wait for 7 days to capture money but now is 31 March 2022 and I didn't get any refund

iPad payment Hi there, I place an order for an iPad space grey with wifi on November 16th and I was just wondering if my order was processed because the money has not been withdrawn from my chequing account yet? Are you able to give me any information on this!
