How did I get a call while sleep focus was on?

I have sleep focus on right now with nobody on the list that is able to break through. The caller was also not on my favorites list that can break through my "do not disturb" mode. Why did this call not get muted? How do I make sure when in "sleep" mode (focus), it stops my calls? Do I have to schedule my sleep? I can't simply turn it on and off manually?

Thank you for verifying that setting and providing those additional details, 1414mk.

With "Allow Repeated Calls" having been enabled, it's possible that is why the call came through. While it may not show multiple or repeated calls when tapping on the number or contact in Recents, does it show the number or contact back-to-back in the Recents list? If so, that may have been considered a repeated call. Testing to confirm the issue has been resolved is the right next step since you have disabled "Allow Repeated Calls."

You'll also want to make sure that the latest iOS has been installed on your iPhone. You can find the steps for updating iOS via the link below.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Take care!
