I have a 2012 MacBook Pro I can't seem to successfully load OS Lion

I have tried to clean up this laptop I erased everything and attempted to reload OS Lion from apple. Several attempts but it won't complete the install. HELP!

Are you doing this thru recovery? If so, use disk utilities in recovery to run a repair of the drive. Then try using an ethernet cable while running the reinstall.

Erase and reinstall macOS - Apple Support

You could also try internet recovery.Use macOS Recovery on an Intel-based Mac - Apple Support
