There is an app request in my iCloud Look Me Up section that I turn off. When I back out and go back in it has turned back on. How can I permanently turn it off. The app is "com.hp.iprint.photo"
I don't have this app installed on my phone.

If the app has been removed from your iPhone, the iCloud program may not be able to interact with that app any longer to remove that request. It looks like that is associated with an HP Printer, possibly. Do you have (or previously had) an app to manage an HP printer?
Are you able to remove that entry on the iCloud website? You log into the website, go to Settings, then click Manage Apps That Can Look You Up (in the Advanced section).

Thanks. I had an HP app a long time ago but not for a while.
I also have a Mac Book Pro and was able to go into the iCloud settings there and turn it off. I also found the option on the iCloud website so thanks again. You too have a fabulous day!
