How to toggle this off? I know things in “Look me up” can’t be deleted, but I only want to turn this off. It’s always on as soon I leave this this screen. I even downloaded this app again and tried that way but no luck. Is this an iCloud bug?

Let's see if the apps are listed at the iCloud website. On a computer, please go to iCloud and sign in to your account. Select Account Settings > Manage Apps That Can Look You Up. Do you see the app listed there? If so, try turning it off.
