Can’t let apps access Bluetooth

Hey there! So recently I tried to connect my Fitbit to the Fitbit app, but it says I need to give access to Bluetooth to sync data, but when I open the settings it doesn’t show the ability to do any Bluetooth thing with the app even when I open Bluetooth privacy options. Does anyone know how to fix this?

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 15

Hi discussions_apple,

Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities!

We understand that you're attempting to allow access to Bluetooth for your Fitbit.

If you go to Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth, are you able to enable the Fitbit app here? You can learn more about privacy and Location Services here: About privacy and Location Services in iOS and iPadOS

About Bluetooth, data and Location ServicesWith iOS 13 and iPadOS 13, an app must ask permission to use Bluetooth functions except to play audio to a Bluetooth device, which doesn’t require permission. You can change your device's Bluetooth permissions from Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth.

We hope this helps.

Cheers!
