screen color changes

My screen and apps keep changing colors and my photos look like a negative. This is on my iphone 13

Go to settings— Accessibility—- Display & Text size—- Invert colours —Toggle OFf

Some shades of black are incorrectly displayed on my Iphone X. Hello, on my Iphone X (Ios 13.3) some shades of black are incorrectly displayed in various applications, videos and in photos. But not in the phone interface. These blacks are too strong and are composed of pixels. What should I do? Is this a hardware or software problem? Why do my screen colors show as inverted negative have I some wrong settings, it is a new iPhone 12 and I have not made many setting changes myself Why would the colors on my screen show a picture in negative colors, it is a nee iPhone12 and I have not dine many settings in it, can someone guide please
