An Ethernet connection is only slightly better than Wi-Fi. Best bet, is to plug your old Mac Mini’s Time Machine backup drive into the new Mac Studio and Migrate from it.
The best thing to use for your connection is a USB cable. Never use Wi-Fi for the transfer or download of very large files. It is too slow and usually fails.
