My iPhone's screen has stopped responding to touch. I am still able to use the physical buttons so I have tried doing a hard reset a half dozen times. I have Apple care services, but I'm not sure what else to do.

If you did the forced restart several times...
Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
