Airpods are deafeningly loud and don't respond to volume controls in Zoom

Does anyone know how to lower AirPod volume in Zoom (on a PC, Windows 11) if the Zoom audio settings are already at the lowest possible? I have not had this problem in other applications. Thanks for any help.

Cannot adjust volume of Airpod Pros in video calls I cannot adjust the volume on my Airpod Pros when using some video call platforms (Zoom, WebEx, BlueJeans) on my computer. The volume on the Airpod Pros' volume adjusts fine on non-video calls (Netflix, YouTube, etc).

Hey there! you would have to use the computers volume control slider for this. 3rd party applications like zoom may handle the output device differently
