My Macbook air M1 showing closed apps in Background of any other app or tab and colours have been changed also

Suddenly It changed the colours and when open something and use that app for some time and after closing it when I open some new app or browser tap that previous app or window is showing in background like in the mirror but blur . I am not sure if it is software or hardware issue . Please check the screenshots . i have closed the excel sheet but still it is showing up in the background and Look at the white colour it is not white anymore .

Try starting in safe mode: Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support. Let it sit for maybe 10 minutes and then restart normally.

Safe mode is sort of a bare bones startup and will do a basic check of your startup disk, similar to using First Aid in Disk Utility. And it deletes some system caches. That's why it needs a little time to work.
