MacBook Pro 2019 Fingerprint Issue

My MacBook Pro 2019 (2TBT3) has failed Touch ID after updating Monterey 12.3. I didn’t cause any accidental damage to my mac and I tried reinstalling the clean OS but the issue still persists. May I know anyone here has caused the same issue? Did you find any successful solution to fix or do I need to replace my Touch ID? Thank you for your time. Have a nice day.

On the Intel Mac you can try —

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)

if no resolve Try resetting the SMC How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
