Bluetooth on IOS

Hello all, I have 2 Ipads and an Iphone, when I install the IOS updates, the bluetooth turns on with each device. I don't leave it on, only when using my Macbook with magic mouse.

I also see that "supported services" for braille "0x382039 < HFP AVRCP A2DP HID Braille AACP GATT Serial " listed under my system information for Bluetooth.

KSo3-39308 and KS03 29260 (with bluetooth symbols) show up in my bluetooth devices out of nowhere, with an option to "connect". I've tried everything I could but something is always going on with access to my windows, I saw options for a magic keyboard with the touch bar on screen. Ive called, texted and went to Genius Bar and I can't seem to get anywhere.
