Wi-Fi Disconnects Randomly and Reconnects After Connecting Power Adapter

I'm using the 2017 13-inch MacBook Pro. Sometimes, the Wi-Fi disconnects randomly when I'm using it, or a few minutes after it's just turned on.

The weird thing is, every time I tried to reconnect the Wi-Fi network I usually connect to, it always show incorrect password.

So I usually do either of these options:

  1. Turn off the Wi-Fi, and turn it on again; or,
  2. Reconnect the power adapter

After I did either of those two, the Wi-Fi would reconnect as usual. But sometimes, every 1-2 hours (randomly), the Wi-Fi would disconnect again, and I would have to redo those steps again.

Is there something wrong with my MacBook?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14
