Problems with file exchange via bluetooth, after updating to Os Monterey

Since I installed Os Monterey, when I try to send a file from smartphone to the Mac with bluetooth, the sending fails and all the devices connected to the computer, including the mouse and keyboard, are disconnected.

All sharing and association settings are ok. I clarify that with the previous operating system everything went smoothly, without problems.

The only solution I found was to throw out the bluetooth preferences file and restart the computer. In this way the sending was successful. However, the next time, the problem re-presented itself as it was before.
