Problem with payment information for iCloud +with 2 TB GB of storage

I got email from Apple (iTunes Store) stated - On 09.04.2022 you are scheduled to be charged 599.00 RUB for iCloud+ with 2 TB GB of storage, but there is a problem with your payment information.

Since all Russian Visa and MasterCard cards have been blocked by Western countries, how can I pay the next payment of 599 rubles? Please advise.
