When I open my Swift code in Xcode 13.3 I get "Loading..." (with the spinner) at the upper left forever. Otherwise I see no problems, no CPU usage, everything works as expected, it's just distracting. "Clean Build Folder" and restarting Xcode doesn't help.
Do you have a fix?

I found a fix:
Quit Xcode, delete the folder ~Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/[app folder], rebuild the app.

Restart into Safe Mode, then reboot normally, and see if this misbehavior persists.
Failing that, update macOS to 12.3.1, and check again.
Failing that, log a RADAR with Apple.
