Screen bleed or defect series 7

I have noticed that my watch does this weird thing, when I first unboxed it and wore it it seemed fine and nothing wrong with it, and as soon as I went outside and viewed it under the sun light it started showing green/pink splatters on the screen, and I also tested it out on the brightness and it did the same thing but with pink colors only. I wanna know if this issue is within the screen itself or software or hardware or anything. Thank you.
