Apple Cash balance

I have an apple cash balance thats negative because someone used my card without my authority, how can I get this fixed? someone sent me $25 today and I wasnt able to receive due to the negative balance

What card? If you have a negative balance, contact Apple Support for your options or fund your card using your bank account.
