My ipad (8th generation) suddenly does not have an inbox. Under the large black "Mailboxes" title it has VIP and flagged. Inbox is gone! It is visible on my desktop computer and phone. Any ideas?

Hi iltpd,
Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! In Mail, at the top above Mailboxes, do you see "Edit"? If you tap edit, do you see the inbox? Does it have a checkmark next to it?If not, you'll want to select to add a checkmark and unhide it. It sounds like it may have accidentally been hidden.
It should look like this photo when you select Edit.
