How to see my history purchase in apple pay after the card was deleted

Greetings,

Recently it seems like I was charged through the digital wallet at a Finnish restaurant that I wasn't at.

I called my credit card company and asked to block the card and get a new one.

I deleted the card from my device, and now the credit card company wants to get information about the purchase and I can't find it because I deleted the card.

I would love your help, how do I see the purchase history even after deleting the credit card?
