Keynote Voice Recording

Is there a way I can voice record continuously over each slide instead of recording on each slide individually?

Use Record Slideshow

Go to System Preferences and confirm your microphone is selected and the sound level is correct.

In Keynote, select the first slide then go to: Play > Record Slideshow

click the red button at bottom left

after the count down, start the voice over, press the spacebar to advance through the slides

to stop recording, press the record button

You should make a trial recording to confirm your procedure is working.
