Messages notifications and banners
I’m not receiving sound notifications or banners for only messages. I have checked all of the settings including: dnd, allow notifications, focus off etc.

Hi Larrbach,
To clarify, you're seeing the badge notifications on the Messages app, but no sound or banner notifications, right? Since you've confirmed that the settings are enabled, do you have an Apple Watch that's paired with the iPhone? The reason we ask is that it's expected behavior for notifications to appear on the Apple Watch instead of the iPhone when the iPhone is locked.
If you don't have a paired Apple Watch, can you let us know which iOS version is installed, and the iPhone that you're using? Also, does this happen over cellular data, Wi-Fi or both? This will help us isolate the problem a little more.
