Hey MacWalker-NL,

It appears that you're having a problem using Bluetooth with your 2018 Mac mini. Great job on the troubleshooting you've tried, and we're glad to provide assistance.

New user or group setup - Apple Support -- Even though this sounds like a hardware issue, we want to be sure. Please create a new Administrator account. Log out of your own and into the new one and check the System Report from there.

Get Support - If the Bluetooth Address still equals NULL and the State and Discoverable are off, we recommend contacting Apple Support to look into this issue further with you.

All the best.

Thanks, I have created a new Administrator account. Restarted the Mac mini and the BT problem has not been resolved. The address is still NULL. There is another thread Macbook Pro A1708 Bluetooth Issue - Apple Community with the same BT problem with the chipset BCM_4350C2.

Question: is Apple accountable for the damage to my Mac mini for the Monterey upgrade that bricked my BT?

The upgrade to Monterey to another Mac mini with the chipset BCM_4364B0 was successful.
