Phone broken and can’t approve request

We use family sharing by my iPhone is currently broken and I can't use it. My daughter can't get the apps approved on her iPod. Any ideas how I can approve these? I don’t have Mac.

Please get your iPhone repaired if you had not assigned anyone else as approver/Parent prior to the situation that you are in.
