A box will be sent to you in order for you to send yours in, about the same time as you receive your new one. Keep the old one to do a Quick Transfer Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
and then send yours in. The return label will be under the shipping label to you.
