macbook air a2179 always going software update is required to use this stattup disk

I don't what i computer ask update available so i did update i think download and update to moterey after that boot up but going to this message software update requred to use this startup disk show two options startup disk or update, i click several time on update but nothing always going on same way, not matter is press command+r or command+s , shift to start safe mode, also i tried option/alt or alt two get access options , not show me option utilities to format ssd, i tried option+command+r to install from internet but after process done and boot going on same way, some can help me to fix this problem....

I run on command+d and don't detect any problem on hardware...

is has intel process beacuse power button not show loading option only power off...

what options i have?

It sounds like you've tried most options to boot up your Mac. This is a good article here: Use macOS Recovery on an Intel-based Mac

Let's have you try Option-Shift-Command-R to install to reinstall the version of macOS that came with your Mac or the closest version that’s still available.

If you're unable to do this, you may need to reinstall macOS from an external device. See: How to create a bootable installer for macOS

Thanks for replay...

Well is did ****+option+command+r but at the end send me this error

support.apple.com/mac/startup -2003f

on option/alt boot show me the boot option but not boot from usb going in same way boot security recovery
