How can I defeat my spam from phone at one time?

Sorry, but there is no single solution to blocking/deleting SPAM from your iPhone. Also, SPAM can come via emails, phone calls, & text messages.
First, your iPhone already has some built-in features to help reduce the amount of SPAM that you get.
Second, some cellular services, like AT&T, offer apps to help reduce the number of SPAM messages coming through, but even the "best" apps will still require user intervention to unblock "false positive" SPAMs.
Another option is third-party apps, like Malwarebytes of iOS.
Finally, to "slow down" the arrival of SPAM, be diligent on what you select in messages. Embedded links (whether visible or not), that you are not familiar with, can "authorize" spammers to send you more.
