My apple order was stolen by uber eats!

I ordered a new ıphone 13 pro max 256 gb silver. İt seems delivered 31.03.2022 at 05.21. But we haven’t taken our order. My phone was sent by uber eats. We havent taken any tracking number. And no more information by ubereats. When I checked trade shipment page there is no any tracking number . And we were not at hotel at this time (05:21) our check in time nearly 7 hours later than delivery time . Unfortunately our order was stolen uber eats. How can it possible? The world’s biggest company is working with ubereats and send your order like burger !!! When we try to reach apple . They said you can connect to ubereats. I dont have to talk ubereats. You have to send my phone safely. Not like a burger . We are waiting solutions immediately. Apple must search the uber eats carrier and learn my order status .

From the way you formatted the date in your fist post I assume you are in the UK? The legal responsibility for a delivery lies with the sender in this case Apple, not with the delivery from, who are contracted to the sender and not the recipient. You should get tough with Apple - Citizens Advice may be able to help - but you should also, as suggested above, contact your credit card company (assuming that you paid with one of those and not a debit card).

Unfortunately we couldnt find any way to solve this problem just I created a post from twitter and I tagged apple and ubereats. Surely apple doesnt care uber support answered me . They said ;We’re sorry to hear that your order never arrived. This sounds like a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, We’re unable to assist you since our system doesn’t have any information regarding this order. We understand that this is not the response you were hoping for, but Uber does not handle adjustments for orders purchased directly from Apple. You may reach out to Apple support for more help with this order. We've sent this directly via email. If you have additional questions, please let us know there.
