I am using iphone X and nobody knows my iCloud password. Is that possible for someone to still record my calls or to track me? Password of icloud and my phone was earlier shared with my friend and he used to track my location from his iphone without my knowledge! Later i changed my passwords. Can he still track me? And can someone recrds our calls as well in iphone?

Assuming you changed the password and made sure there were no other devices that aren’t your own signed into your iCloud account actively (in settings, your name at the top and the devices listed there) there wouldn’t be any way for them to track your calls in regards to through your Apple ID.
