You guys stole 5.29 cents for no reason!??? Give me back my money.

I haven’t been able to download apps on my AppStore in probably over a year. It keeps requesting I add a card. I borrowed my friends card and typed it in so I can download an app because it kept requesting a card to download apps. And you guys stole $5.29 cents of money that wasn’t mine. For a charge that is literally not even listed as to what it is. $5.29 cents to Apple? Doesn’t even say for what exactly. Put the 5.29 cents back immediately. You do not have consent to take that money especially in order to download apps that are free.
