stealing money

i bought one app and for paying i add my card details before it i installed another free app which after several time it will need purchasing but i was not awared about it just once i used that app. so one morning i saw that there is a purchasing about 35 usd cashed out of my card. what is the **** there were no any warning they see my card detail and imadietely cashed out for the other app too. it is like a stealing people. i could not get contact with apple support they dont anawer me.!!!!!

Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.

If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.

Purchases problem.
