Face ID inop since software update.

Face ID has not worked on my iPhone 11 since the latest update (15.4.1) and I can’t get it to reset. I’ve tried turning my phone off/on. Any other suggestions?

Try a Hard Reset:

Press volume up (quickly)
Press volume down (quickly)
Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears

If that didn’t work, it could be a hardware issue. ⚠️
