Unauthorized purchases
There where purchases made by my nephew that I personally didn’t make. My account is at a negative $430 I am currently not working as I am recovering from breast cancer surgery.

You are not talking to Apple.
You can contact iTunes Store support and plead your case, but you are responsible for security your devices and accounts.
Apple has been known to issue a one time refund in similar cases, but it's not guaranteed.
There are multiple tools built into iOS to prevent this from happening, including setting restrictions to disallow app store and in app purchases.
I am have $176.91 worth of charges I did not due. I am on social security income; my soon brought me an iPhone telling me keep up with times because I had an Android. I would never put myself in a bad bind. I need every little penny charged on my SSI debt card....Period!
When your nephew is autistic and memorized your password is hard to keep. I am not sure if you know anyone with studio to know how clever that are and I am on tons of medication so I am not myself
