Blocked voicemail

I did not block a number but voicemails are going into the "blocked message". If I go nto my contacts the phone number is there......all the instructions you are giving to unblock numbers do not work. There is no seciton in the contact that say "unblock caller" and it is not on the blocked caller list. It's a good contact with no blocking on it but it is going into blocked voicemails. How I get that number unblocked. I have an IPone 13 Pro....This happened beofre I got the new Ipone so it's not a new glitch.

Perhaps to contact the cellular provider (or some entity) in that direction

..may yield more suitable traction. Seems they should know more things.

An odd situation; beyond the experiences so far, of those visiting here.

How I get that number unblocked.

Check if that number is in the list Blocked contacts, go to -> Settings -> Phone -> scroll to and tap on Blocked contacts -> at the name of the blocked person swipe to left -> Unblocked.

That was the first thing I did...I did everything....my own personal number is blocked.....when I call from an outside line my number is blocked. It's hard to believe no one else has had this problem...or that Apple cannot help me. Thanks for your reply.
