it is my understanding that the 2021 11inch ipad pro come with a 20 watt charger in the box. what is the max wattage charger i can use with the 2021 11inch ipad pro?

You can use ANY Apple charger or approved third party charger to charge that iPad, but the max wattqge is 18W +/-1 or 2 watts.

iPads will NOT charge any higher/faster than this.
