I have recently updated to macOS Monterey 12.3.1 and my chrome browser is not getting any internet. I have tried reinstalling chrome, but no use. Please help me with with this issue.

Thanks! Your post reminded me I have a VPN installed. It wasn't active. Just installed and that was causing the same issue. I could see the VPN on the list of locationa. I "-" minuses them and any other weird looking ones like the LG Monitor control. Working fine now!

All the extensions are removed and only chrome isn't loading any pages.
Safe mode does absolutely nothing on this issue
This is 100% caused by disabling SIP and it is 100% reproduceable

If Chrome will only work with SIP disabled, then I wouldn’t suggest using Chrome until they update their software to work with the built in Mac OS security.
Just stop offloading Apple's responsibly to someone else
12.3+ is simply broken with SIP disabled and Apple need to fix it, period
Apple can't make Chrome secure.

Apparently I had SIP disabled as well. I could get Chrome, Firefox, and Opera to work in safe mode but they were otherwise broken until I enabled SIP. Thanks to everyone contributing to this thread!

I had the same problem , then I re-enabled SIP and then everything fixed . If you enable SIP you can fix Chrome , Spotify , BlueStacks and much more!
