Allow Calls on Other Devices

Allow Calls on Other Devices is not working, but both my MacBook and my iPhone are synced in Apple ID and on FaceTime. From my MacBooks end, calls on other devices is active, but on my phone, it keeps giving me the same message. I did recently switch Apple IDs, so there may be something with this.

However when I try to make a call on FaceTime on the MacBook using the iPhone, I get an error message that the MacBook and the iPhone need be on the same network.
