TickTick: How to interact with app notification controls without unlocking iPhone ?

I use a reminder app TickTick on my iOS and Android phone.

On Android phone, when reminder is triggered, the action buttons clearly show on locked screen (even when phone is locked), and I can interact with it (either mark is complete or snooze) without needing to unlock phone.

But on iPhone, the only way to interact with notification is to follow 3 steps:

1) Unlock the phone

2) Pull down notification bar and choose the TickTick notification

3) Interact with the reminder action buttons to mark it complete or snooze it.

is there any way to reduce the steps on iPhone from 3 to 1 (like in Android App) ?

This question should be directed toward the developers of the TickTick app. The behavior of a third-party app, such as TickTick is solely controlled by its developer.
