Mac Studio bluetooth very slow to load at startup. Is this normal?

I have a new Mac Studio (M1 Max) paired with a Magic Mouse and Magic Keyboard with Touch ID. When I start up the Mac Studio the keyboard and mouse take ages to connect to the computer via Bluetooth. I have to wait around 30 seconds or more before I can type in the user password or move the mouse. Is this normal for this computer?

Same with my M1 Max Mac Studio. I tried turning off/on BT and using a different mouse but the same problem persist. The same mouse would work fine on my 2014 Intel iMac. I do note that the M1 Mac Mini and M1 24 inch iMac in my house both have a ~ 3 second lag upon initial connection. I note similar issue with the Mac mini and 24 inch iMac at the local Apple Store. So, M1 Macs do have a delay in BT connection.

Back to my M1 Max Mac Studio. I reinstalled the OS but the same problem persist. I do note that if you click the mouse, the mouse would then connect in about 3-4 seconds. It seems the computer is waiting for a BT signal before it wakes up. I worked with Apple's senior advisors several times over the phone but they can't fix it either and send the info to the engineers higher up. By that point, I was fed up with it and returned the Mac Studio to the local Apple Store.

I bought another M1 Max Mac Studio just now, hoping that it was an isolated issue. Guess what!! Same problem! Without stimulating the computer with a click, the connection lag can be over one minute!! That's when I realized that I better do a different search online to see if others share the same issue. It seems this is inherent with Mac Studio.

Ugh. Same issue here of course considering all the former comments of the same. I was really hoping there was a fix. I'm using a third party BT mouse that connects to my 2020 27" iMac and there's no abnormal delay. I even tried clicking to also see if it was awaiting a signal (before reading this (I used to work in Apple repair)) and did the foray of former tricks to no change. Oddly my TouchID Keyboard w/number pad, does not exhibit this issue. Hopefully there's a FW update at some point soon that resolves this. Otherwise Apple has always been stellar for their rock solid BT connectivity.

I've had loads of problems with the Mac Studio. Sound keeps turning off. screens freeze. touch id icon disappeared (sorted that one out now.). plus video freezes. So I have to disconnect cables or turn the system off. I have two of the studio monitors & paid just shy of 6k. Didn't have any problems with my iMac late 2014. Apart from not allowing me to update to macOS Monterey, the computer was running really well
